1-on-1 stretching

Physical therapist-guided and assisted stretching allows the application of full range-of-motion movements to your body, while your spine is in a safe and supported position.  Stretching is an integral part of keeping your body healthy, giving you improved range of motion and mobility and relieving stiff muscles and achy joints to reduce stress to the body and, in turn, decrease pain.
