Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
is a gentle manual approach to facilitate your body's process in healing from physical and emotional dysfunction and trauma. It supports the structure and function of the central nervous system, thereby assisting in the function of all other systems. This modality awakens our body’s innate healing capacity to free restricted nerves, realign soft tissues and bones, relax tense muscles, and relieve pain.

Craniosacral therapy also facilitates the gentle release of unprocessed emotion and trauma, sometimes resulting in a somato-emotional release. The Craniosacral Therapy practitioner looks at restrictions in the fascia/connective tissue, which encases all our muscles, organs, and nerves throughout our body, which in turn can effect the central nervous system. The total-body fascia is looked upon as a single system in which abnormal tension patterns can be transmitted from one part of the body to another in unique ways.
